Rented the car for a week but had to extend it for four extra days due to a health family problem. No problem extending the time but when I paid the bill I was charged a change in the rate. I called the manager and he has graciously recognized the mistake and is issuing a Credit for the difference. So for the credit has not come in so I could only rate this experience four stars.
I have rented here before and I've never had a problem. The service is prompt and courteous. The cars are immaculate. No complaints.
This is a well run office . I only rent from the Oakland Enterpise office . They go out of way to make you happy . Can't say enough about them . Tiffany and the manager who's name I forgot were wonderful !
Generally they're decent. I've had a few mishaps here with cars not being available and sometimes the time it takes to get one. Also they have been slow on closing out contacts. Their cars are clean and in good shape though.
They are the best ! The whole staff and manager are very nice and always make renting a vehicle fast and easy. Lucky to have them in Oakland !
