Just an interesting and isolated, dog friendly undeveloped area in the heart of suburbia.
A surprising amount of wildlife for such a small, unassuming park. On my lunchtime walks I've seen a red fox, a pileated woodpecker, and several deer, among other, more commonly seen species.
I've only been in the gravel parking lot, so I haven't explored more of the park just yet. It's a good location to leave your car and then go on a bike ride on local roads.
